An oasis for health and comfort
Island Home Care administers home and community-based care services through the Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) and the Office of Aging and Adult Services (OAAS) for individuals who are elderly or have disabilities. We assist them so they can remain in their homes and in the community. The Medicaid waivers we accept are: New Opportunities Waiver (NOW), Residential Options Waiver (ROW), Children’s Choice, EPSDT Personal Care Services, Supports Waiver, Community Choices Waiver (CCW) and Long- Term Personal Care Services (LTPCS ).
Where We Are
The parishes we are able to service are: Ascension, Iberville, Point Coupee, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, West Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, St. Helena, Livingston, Tangipahoa, St. Tammany and Washington. We are licensed by the state in Region 2 and Region 9.
